Role Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Commercial Property Manager to enhance our team. This role is crucial for ensuring our commercial properties always meet the highest standards of excellence. You will act as the vital link between our field technicians and clients, guaranteeing seamless service delivery. Responsibilities include managing daily operations for commercial pools, maintaining inventory, providing bids, and processing work orders. Your ultimate goal will be to build a strong team, forge lasting customer relationships, and expand our commercial division.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Essential: Strong organizational and communication skills, proactive nature, proficient in Microsoft Office, teamwork capabilities, and leadership prowess.
- Preferred: Experience in sales, familiarity with the swimming pool industry, and knowledge of Quickbooks and HouseCall Pro.
Benefits and Compensation:
- Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000
