Job Summary:
Prestige Ford, a leading automotive dealership in Mount Dora, Florida, is seeking an experienced Ford Service Advisor to join our team. This is a full-time individual contributor role that offers a base salary plus commission, with potential earnings between $35,000 to $100,000 per year. As a Service Advisor, you will act as the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and initiate the service process by accurately identifying their vehicle's needs
- Conduct vehicle walkarounds and accurately document customer concerns
- Provide detailed estimates and recommendations for necessary repairs and maintenance services
- Communicate updates and timelines to customers throughout the repair process
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally
- Partner with technicians and parts department to ensure accurate diagnosis and timely completion of repairs
- Review and explain repair orders to customers, ensuring they understand the work performed and associated costs
- Upsell products and services to maximize dealership revenue
- Maintain accurate and organized records and documentation
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 years experience as a Ford Service Advisor in a dealership setting
- Solid understanding of automotive systems and repair processes
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities
- Proficient in computer programs such as Microsoft Office and dealership management systems
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings if needed
- ASE certification is a plus
