As a weekend receptionist you play a vital role in providing top notch customer service to everyone who enters the building.From residents, families, staff, and vendors the receptionist is the first point of contact upon entry or over the phone.

POSITION SUMMARYAnswers all incoming calls professionally and courteously. Redirects calls if necessary to the appropriate department.Kindly welcomes, greets and directs residents, visitors, and guests. Proper documentation of residents signing out of the facility as well as guests coming into the building.Data entry and tracking for COVID tests received. Performs other clerical duties as assigned.

The position also requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills, and critical thinking skills. Must have the ability to work under tight time constraints and meet deadlines while working on a variety of projects.

Job Type: Part Time

Shift: Tuesday - Friday 01:00 PM - 05:30 PM

Pay: $17 - $20 per hour

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma/GED

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

COVID Vaccination preferred

Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not required.
