Pressed Cafe Prudential is Hiring a Lead Barista Near Boston, MA
Pressed Cafe Prudential is quick service cafe, located in the heart of the city. We are looking for a full-time barista who values teamwork and is able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Job title: Lead Barista
Results to be achieved by this Lead Barista position:
- Accurately make drinks in a timely manner (2-3 minute drink times)
- Ability to make smoothies (in conjunction with the Barista station)
- Ability to keep the barista/surrounding areas clean and organized
- Exhibit friendly and high-quality service to customers
- Deliver food and drinks to guests in the dining room
- Be able to answer all frequently asked questions
- Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
- Work closely with other team members to achieve Good Food, Good Coffee and Good Service!
Qualifications necessary for the Lead Barista position:
- Barista experience in a quick-service restaurant is preferable
- Proven management skills with exemplary organizational, time management, communication and customer service skills
- Schedule flexibility with weekend availability
- Driver's license preferable but not necessary
Hours available for the Lead Barista position:
- Open availability is required for this position
- Morning shifts: 4:30 am-2:30 pm
- Afternoon shifts: 7 am-5 pm
- Night shifts: 2 pm-10:30 pm
