B2B Business Development / Appointment Setter (BDAS) Position
The Role of the B2B Business Development / Appointment Setter (BDAS) Position: A BDAS support sales team with incoming warm leads. BDAS is responsible for contacting business managers and setting initial appointments (by phone or in person) for our outside sales team members. This person is the starting point of the process for establishing prospect relationships that can ultimately result in new clients for our organization. This position requires a keen ability to identifies business opportunities.
The primary role of our BDAS is to prospect for new clients by cold calling. BDAS works to perfect persuasive approach that will persuade potential clients to enable a visit from company’s outside sales representatives.
This requires a thorough knowledge of the market, the solutions/services our company can provide, and of our competitors.
