Press Enterprise, Inc. is a commercial printer and a daily newspaper in Bloomsburg, PA.

Our Commercial Printing Division provides digital, web, and sheetfed offset printing services in addition to graphic design and page creation services. We print a daily newspaper and millions of retail inserts and advertising supplements every week.

Prepress Technician

A Prepress Technician creates, paginates, and processes electronic files. The hours are usually 11 AM to 7 PM during the week. Ideal candidate should be able to pay close attention to details, be a team player, and have experience with Adobe InDesign and Photo Shop. We are willing train someone who shows up for work every day, wants to learn, and takes initiative. Benefits include competitive wage; health, dental, and life insurance; 401K; and paid hours off.

Responsibilities:

• Page creation which includes art procurement and management, text and template formatting and placement
• Outputting and checking page proofs and plates
• Maintenance and cleaning of processing equipment

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in InDesign
• Experience in photoshop
