Job Description

Prescient Edge is seeking a (MARS) Sr. Principal Cyber System Engineer (Product Owner) to support a government client.

Description:

As Product Owner, you will be responsible for working with the customer to manage and refine program requirements.

Responsibilities include:

• Work with the government team to clarify requirements (initiatives, epics, & stories)
• Manage and refine product feature backlog
• Lead user story development and definition of acceptance criteria
• Prioritize functionality into sprints and coordinate management of expectations
• Support program level functional roadmap development
• Provide functional needs and depth of understanding to the team during sprint planning
• Support system demos
• Help identify and manage internal and external dependencies
• Coordinate efforts across the program and work dependencies with the greater team
• Support Product Team scrum meetings

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree with 9 years of relevant experience OR a master’s degree with 7 years of relevant experience OR a PhD with 4 years of relevant experience; an additional 4 years of experience maybe considered in lieu of the degree requirement
• Cloud experience/understanding of cloud architecture
• Data architecture experience
• Experience with Atlassian suite of tools
• Familiar with Git
• TS/ SCI

Desired Qualifications:

• DIA Experience
• Familiarity with MIDB
• Planning and scheduling experience
• TS/ SCI CI poly

Security Clearance:

• TS/SCI with CI Poly, Or with the ability to obtain the poly)

Location:

• Herndon, VA.

Salary:

• 154,080.54
