Job Description

Prescient Edge is seeking a Senior Program Managerto support a federal government client.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Manages project operations to ensure production schedules are met, system resources are utilized effectively, and that proper relationships are established between customers. Responsible for cost, schedule, performance, and risk identification/ mitigation on projects including but not limited to systems, tools, equipment, software, facilities, and other activities. Coordinates resolutions to production-related problems.
• Possesses senior skills as an All-Source Analyst and will serve in that capacity when program management duties are complete.
• Serves as a resource to contracted junior analytic staff based on advanced knowledge, skills, and abilities in advising, subject matter expertise, and in managing analytic projects and production.
• Resolves very challenging and complex issues with minimal guidance and mentor and guide junior contractors in defining problems, selecting appropriate analytic methods, analytic projects, crafting key intelligence questions, and applying analytic methodologies.
• Serves as the primary managerial POC for the Contractor's employees.

Desired Experience:

• Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.

Desired Education:

• Master's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or have Bachelor's degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the Master's degree.
