Job Description

Prescient Edge is seeking a Sr. All Source Analyst (Workflow Team Lead) to support a federal government client.

Sr. All Source Analyst (Workflow Team Lead)

Description:

• Conducts exploitation/ analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature. Provides all-source exploitation support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence requirements.
• Manages the receipt, prioritization, assignment, tracking, and satisfaction of all language analysis and translation requirements received by NMEC using workflow tools at the direction of the government.
• Supports the oversight and management of NMEC’s Language Exploitation Operations workflow and its integration with National databases.
• Supports internal integration of analyst workflow and operations with NMEC’s requirements management system and other applications and systems as required.
• Ensures all eligible translation requests to be submitted via NMEC’s platforms, databases into workflow within 24 hours of receipt.
• Possesses supervisory responsibility for the Workflow Team and their responsibilities.

Job Requirements

Desired experiences:

• Must have a minimum of twelve years’ experience working as a language enabled analyst.
• Must have two years’ experience in utilizing human language technology tools.
• The Workflow Team Lead will have functional capability in one of NMEC primary languages, scoring at least 3/3 in reading and listening in one of NMEC primary languages and have English with professional or higher proficiency (3 ) on the Interagency Language Analyst Roundtable (ILR) 5-point scale.
• Government prefers multi-lingual Language Analyst- Chinese (Mandarin), Russian, and Farsi.
• Must be proficient in MicroSoft Office Suite.
• Must be comfortable briefing senior Government personnel.
• Must be able to multi-task and be organized and adaptable to changing/evolving requirements.

Desired education:

• Master’s Degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education: or have a bachelor’s degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related Senior experience for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the master’s degree.

Security Clearance:

• Security clearance required TS/SCI with CI POLY or the ability to obtain CI POLY.
