Responsibilities

In this role you will :

Support the delivery of global compensation programs and process, in alignment with group strategy and market practice:

  • Assist job architecture and grading implementation for global locations.
  • Be updated with current legislation related to compensation (pay equity, pay transparency, etc)
  • Support the annual compensation benchmarking process, conduct survey inputs, analyse compensation data, assess market positions.
  • Review and update pay ranges for global locations.
  • Perform assessment of internal pay data to identify trends and offer suggestions for improving equity and strengthening the company's position within the market.
  • Use various methods and techniques and make data-based recommendations on direct financial, indirect financial and nonfinancial compensations.
  • Partner with People team to support Business needs on Compensation issues.
  • Support performance review process.
  • Support communication and change management for implementation of Compensation programs.

Support benefits program management globally:

  • Conduct benefits programs benchmarking and analysis, identify trends and best practices.
  • Recommend benefit program changes to ensure legal compliance, market competitiveness and enhanced reward offering to employees.
  • Lead benefits renewal processes, liaising with brokers and other internal stakeholders to ensure company objectives are met.
  • Conduct regular vendor reviews highlighting any concerns, feedback and/or areas of improvements, and work with vendor to improve their service level.
  • Partner closely with other HR functions to support implementation of changes in benefit programs, such as setting up new system, designing process, documentation and supporting testing.Review benefits administration process with other HR functions to ensure smooth and efficient operations and positive employee experience.
  • Develop engaging communication materials to educate employees about benefits plans and initiatives, and increase employee understanding and appreciation.

Qualifications

You are a good fit if:

  • Experienced in Reward practice in a global environment.Working knowledge of job evaluation and job analysis systems.
  • Experience in compensation survey inputs and benchmarking.
  • Experience in compensation program and process.
  • Familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits.
  • Knowledge of local (in-country) regulations and compliance requirements related to pay and benefits.
  • Experience with delivering process improvements in relation to compensation and benefits program administration.
  • Highly organised and capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and comfortable seeking answers when help is needed.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of HRIS and MS Office, with advanced excel skills.
  • BS degree in human resources, business administration or finance a plus.
