Preppy Pet is Hiring a Front Desk Receptionist Near Ladson, SC

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and provide information to callers
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Manage client check-ins and check-outs
- Collect and process payments from clients
- Assist with data entry tasks, including updating client records and entering billing information
- Handle incoming and outgoing emails
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and photocopying documents
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly

Requirements:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and staff
- Proficient in using office equipment such as computers, printers, and multi-line phone systems
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail for accurate data entry and proofreading documents

Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
