Charleston Children’s Therapy Center is currently seeking a Front Office Receptionist/Patient Coordinator in our Ladson clinic.
We are seeking a patient coordinator that would be excited to join a team of passionate operations members, SLPs, OTs, COTAs, PTs! We are seeking a candidate that will work a set schedule of 30 hours per week, Monday - Friday, May - August. In August, the position will change to two days a week, 16 hours per week.
We are an outpatient pediatric group headquartered in Ladson, SC. We offer occupational, physical and speech therapy to the surrounding area of Charleston in our clinic, in the natural environment, and through teletherapy. CCTC prides itself on a child-focused environment with dedicated and passionate operations members and therapists. The therapy team offers services to children of all ages implementing a wide variety of treatment approaches and modalities. We recognize the unique challenges that children may face and focus our energy on innovative strategies to help them achieve success in all their activities. Exceptional attitude, customer service oriented, friendly, and outgoing are fundamental attributes for the patient coordinator. Service to patients is at the core of our practice. As the patient coordinator, you are critical to the operations team and are responsible for greeting all patients and visitors with a positive and welcoming attitude. We strive to provide the best possible care to help our patients and their families reach their full potential.
Patient focus, cleanliness, organization, and communication skills are required in order to perform the job duties listed below.
