We are looking for someone professional, motivated, entrepreneurial, looking to grow and dominate their real estate leasing business in the Metro Detroit area. You will be working alongside a real estate brokerage and a development company.
Offer:
$40,000 - $50,000 a year - based on experience

Requirements:
Real Estate Sales License
Reliable Transportation
40 hours a week (evening and weekend availability)
Previous experience in property management or other related fields
Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
Ability to build rapport with tenants and landlords
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Roles and Responsibilities (Overview):
Marketing and Advertising:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract potential tenants. This will involve creating advertisements, managing online listings, and organizing open houses or property tours.
In Person Showings:
Conduct showings. Conduct move-in / move-out inspections. Provide light unit turn recommendations. Open doors for showing agents.
Inventory Management
Maintain comprehensive records of all leasing properties, tracking availability, specifications, and statuses for efficient leasing processes.
Tenant Screening:
Communicate with potential tenants, review applications, conduct background checks, verify income, and check references to ensure they meet the property's leasing criteria.
Market Analysis:
Conduct market research and analysis to assess rental market trends, competition, and demand.
Team Management:
Overseeing a team of leasing agents and virtual assistants, provide leadership, training, and support to ensure efficient operations and achieve leasing goals.
