SUMMARY: The Estimator’s responsibility includes reviewing and tracking customer requests for estimates, creating project estimates, following up on submitted estimates, creating/reviewing and delivering job start packages to the Preconstruction team, and reviewing completed jobs and margins to identify estimate improvements. The Estimator ensures Premise Inc. crews have the scope of work and job budget information to complete projects on time, on budget, and to our customers satisfaction.
Note: The compensation for this position is based on previous experience in the construction solar and telecommunication sector. The salary can increase with the years of experience. If you have more than 5 years of experience in estimating salary can be negotiated.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to, stand, sit, walk, lift, talk, hear, see, reach, grasp and use hands and fingers to operate a computer key board, telephone, and other office equipment. The employee must have the ability to occasionally lift up to 15 lbs.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
The employee performs the essential functions of this job in a normal indoor office environment.
