We currently have an opportunity for a Part-Time OR Full-Time Teller to join our team at various locations : Fort Atkinson, Jefferson, Johnson Creek, Janesville, Whitewater.

TITLE: Teller

JOB SUMMARY

As a Teller, you will have the opportunity to create a difference in the lives of our customers every single day, keeping our mission in mind that we are Here. For. You. Always. Our core value of being community minded is at the forefront of all we do and this individual will be involved in actively promoting PremierBank in the communities we serve.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Complete transactions including but not limited to deposits, withdrawals, transfers, check cashing, etc.
• Answer customer questions and resolve issues.
• Identify and help prevent fraudulent activity to help protect our customers
• Provide guidance on product offerings so customers can make informed financial decisions

Requirements

 EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma
• One year of previous customer service experience
• One year of previous cash handling experience

• Maintain composure and professionalism at all times
• Customer focused attitude
• Possess strong interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion of sensitive information
