Job Overview:
We are seeking a Detail Manager to oversee and manage the boat detailing operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in various detailing techniques and possess strong leadership skills.
Duties:
- Lead and motivate teams effectively
- Manage day to day operations
- Coach and train teams
- Communicate effectively with clients and management
- Step in and help facilitate completion of jobs
- Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction is delivered consistently
Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License
- 2 years of management experience
- Be able to make decisions
- Must be able to work Saturday's when needed
