Premier Talent Partners is Hiring a Client Services Coordinator Near Novato, CA

Job Duties

  • Responsible for processing and resolving client requests/inquiries
  • Maintain company database/CRM
  • Conduct outreach to maintain strong relationships with client base
  • Identify services to support client needs
  • Onboard new client accounts by collecting required documentation and client information
  • Provide sales and service support through the creation and distribution of reports and presentations
  • Provide outstanding service to both internal and external clients
  • Provide client support services in timely and accurate manner
  • Develop a knowledge base of customer problems and resolutions
  • Plan and assign workload to team members
  • Oversee daily workflow to ensure timely deliveries

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong analytical and presentation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
  • Intermediate to expert skill level in Excel and PowerPoint

Job Highlights

Responsibilities include:

  • Office based in Navato will need to go in for cross-training with Megan (Benefits Manager) then able to work remote after the first 2 week/Month
  • Support Employee Benefits Manager on client projects and policy administration.
  • Establish necessary carrier/vendor relationships to serve clients in handling the administration of their
policies (process eligibility changes, investigate claims and billing issues)
  • Intake of client calls or emails to resolve routine service concerns. Investigate any non-routine
client and carrier concerns and bring to a successful resolution.
  • Handle confidential information with sensitivity and discretion in accordance with HIPAA laws.
  • Assist with developing employee materials for clients' open enrollment process.
  • Understand company products, services and tools including vendor/carrier markets, Ease benadmin system, and HR compliance tools.
  • Participate in team meetings and training.
  • Ensure good file maintenance with documentation relating to client service concerns.
  • Maintain and update database system.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
