IT Desktop Technician

IT Desktop Technician Responsibilities
· Support a Windows environment including Office 365, Windows 10, Active Directory
· Setup workstations and PCs including configuration and software installation
· Image and configure Windows 10 devices
· Responsible for management of network devices, VoIP, Active Directory accounts, Exchange email, and a variety of other applications
· Troubleshoot technical issues for end users remotely and provide hands on support
· Install, configure, and maintain operating systems
· Software configuration and updates
· Support peripherals including printer networking
· Network connectivity support
IT Service Desk Technician Requirements
· At least 1 year of professional experience in Information Technology
· Experience with Active Directory, O365, and Windows OS
· Must be able communicate effectively with end users and other team members
· Firm understanding of DNS and DHCP
· CompTIA A or Microsoft Operating Systems Certification preferred
