Job description
We are a growing Hospitality group with 2 locations ( Separate Concepts) in Crown Point and Valpo. We offer great food, a Welcoming atmosphere, sports viewing and Live music. We are expanding to Lake Shores in the late summer and continuing to grow. We are seeking a Team member with Multi Unit experience to work with our General Managers and be an integral part of the NSO in 2024 at Lake Shores

Responsibilities:
Direct oversight of Day to Day operations at multiple locations
Review multiple location labor forecast, purchases and marketing plans
Efficient communication both verbal and written
Hands on oversight of multiple venues
Active participant with teams surrounding marketing, training, hiring, and staff retention
NSO experience in sports bar/taverns preferred.
Make sure all locations operate efficiently according company SOP and guidelines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $85,000.00 per year
