Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to oversee roofing projects from start to finish. The Project Coordinator will work closely with Sales Estimator, Supplement team, and Scheduling department to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate Roofing and related projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all project requirements are met.
Serve as the customer facing intermediary between our team of estimators/sales and our production team.
Ensure seamless communication in CRM software throughout construction to ensure successful completion and customer satisfaction.
Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules, timelines, and budgets.
Communicate with clients to understand project goals, timelines, and expectations.
Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to procure materials and services needed for projects.
Prepare, maintain, and review project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and insurance claims.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project delays and cost overruns.
Foster positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members to promote customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Position could lead to future opportunities inside a growing company.
Requirements:
Preferred experience in Insurance claims, project management/coordination, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with a diverse team and clientele.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
Knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and regulations is a plus.
