Pay Rate: $15-$18 per Hour, Dependent on Experience

Position Overview:

The Office Assistant Floater is primarily responsible for coordinating all functions necessary for an efficient and productive flow of patients between check-in, treatment, and check-out. This position is a point of contact for all non-clinical patient services and will cover two clinics located in Milford and Lewes. Your big smile in our fun and energetic clinic will go a long way!

Job Duties:

• Greet patients and provide outstanding customer service
• Answer phones
• Electronic scheduling
• Data entry
• Verify current personal and financial information
• Maintain patient charts and electronic medical records
• Verify insurance benefits
• Charge tickets
• Collecting, posting, and depositing patient payments
• Faxing, filing, and performing any other duties as assigned

Qualifications: 

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Must have 1 years of previous medical front office experience
• Excellent telephone skills
• Proficient in Word and Excel
• Previous experience with medical software preferred
• Available and flexible with your hours
• Close attention to detail
• Great time management and organizational skills 
• Team player attitude and energetic with a focus on excellent customer service

Premier PT is an outpatient orthopedic and sports physical therapy group treating musculoskeletal dysfunction and pain for all conditions. We specialize in sports physical therapy, dry needling, splinting and certified hand therapy, industrial injury prevention and rehabilitation, recovery from auto accident injuries, post-concussion treatment, balance training, post-surgical rehabilitation, athletic training, and the treatment and rehabilitation of all types of acute and chronic pain and injury conditions.

Premier PT now serves patients in all three counties of Delaware with centers in Wilmington, Bear, Middletown, Smyrna, Dover, Frederica, Milford, Milton, and 2 locations in Lewes. Premier also provides Athletic Training to the Jockeys at Delaware Park, as well as the athletes at Hodgson High School, St. Georges Technical High School, Middletown High School, Appoquinimink High School, Odessa High School, Caesar Rodney High School, Polytech High School, and Cape Henlopen High School.
