Premier Property Preservation, LLC is Hiring an International Relations Officer Near Van Nuys, CA

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join our team. As a International Relations Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines in the industry. Your role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement regulatory strategies.

Duties:

- Preferably a local licensed teacher knowledgeable in the J1 program (Has a strong understanding of J1 visa regulations and Department of State guidelines.)

- Has experience in international education, cultural exchange programs, or related fields.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cross-cultural skills.

- Responsible for liaising with the Host Schools and Visa Sponsoring Organization

- Coordinate all aspects of the J1 exchange program, including participant recruitment, seminars, orientations, and conducting various phases of interviews and document evaluations

- Responsible for facilitating cultural exchange programs and managing relationships with international partners & sponsors.

- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of applicable regulations, guidelines, and standards

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements throughout the product lifecycle

- Prepare and submit regulatory submissions, including applications, reports, and registrations

- Review and approve labeling, advertising, and promotional materials to ensure compliance with regulations

- Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

- Maintain accurate documentation of all regulatory activities

Experience:

- Proven experience in regulatory affairs within the industry

- Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and guidelines

- Experience negotiating with regulatory authorities

- Proficient in legal drafting and writing skills

- Excellent public relations skills, including press releases and media relations

- Ability to effectively communicate complex regulatory concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Budgeting experience is a plus
