$18/hr Starting Wage - Full-time, M-F

Premier Pools & Spas in Vacaville is seeking a dynamic, personable individual to join our team as a receptionist. As the face of our company, you'll play a pivotal role in greeting and assisting our valued clients. From managing calls with a smile to maintaining tidiness, you'll be the cornerstone of our front office as the 'Director of First Impressions'. Responsibilities:

• Reception – answering phone calls, data entry, greeting clients, accepting deliveries/mail
• Office cleaning and upkeep including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, trash, sanitizing, cleaning windows and general tidying up
• Miscellaneous administrative/clerical tasks

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation
• Willing and able to travel occasionally (we service Solano, Contra Costa and Alameda County)
• Must be able lift up to 40 lbs.
• Must consistently present oneself in a polished, professional manner
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail are a must!!

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
