We are looking for a collections specialist for a client in Clark NJ. This is a direct hire permanent position that offers excellent benefits, PTO, Holidays, etc. A hybrid schedule is also offered. Bilingual French candidates are a big plus as well as apparel industry experience. Below are details and qualifications.

• Oversee invoice collections for USA regions (Factored)
• Investigate and resolve open invoice disputes
• Responsible for Invoice collections of non-factor house accounts (USA/Mexico)
• Send final demand notices and place accounts for outside collections
• Post and apply cash receipts (Checks, Wires, CC's)
• Provide paperwork with chargebacks to AR Dept
• Process CC charges on Chase CC portal (prepays and manual charges)
• Chargeback invoices from factor for all direct payments
• Maintain cash receipt paperwork files/log and balance with finance
• Provide payment status information to management upon request
• Prepare bank deposits
• 2 years experience with Invoice collections and/or cash application
• Medium level Excel
• Simparel/Exenta system experience a plus
• Assertive and polite written and oral communication
• Good organizational and follow up skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a bonus for communication with accounts in Mexico
