Shift:
- Mon - Fri
- 7am - 3:30pm
Expected Hours:
- 40 Hours
- Overtime When Needed
Pay Frequency:
- Bi-Weekly
Essential Functions:
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials to customers or other specified destinations.
- Load and unload corrugated materials onto and from the box truck.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during transportation and delivery.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on the box truck.
- Report any mechanical issues, delays, or incidents promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including delivery confirmations and any discrepancies.
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns.
- Communicate effectively with warehouse associates, supervisors, and other team members.
Education / Physical / Requirements
- At least 21 years of age.
- Lift up to 25 lbs. alone and up to 50 lbs. assisted.
- Valid Class C CDL and Medical Certificate.
- 2-3 years of previous experience as a box truck driver
- Overtime hours are a requirement, as well as some weekend work.
- Ability to load and unload corrugated materials onto and from the box truck.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and ability to perform routine inspections.
- Ability to address customer inquiries or concerns.
