- Design and implement efficient data models in Power BI to meet business requirements.
- Create visually appealing and insightful reports and dashboards using Power BI to present data in a clear and understandable manner.
- Integrate data from various sources into Power BI for comprehensive analysis.
- Develop, test, and deploy interactive reports and dashboards to meet user needs.
- Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their reporting requirements and translate them into effective Power BI solutions.
- Continuously optimize and improve existing Power BI reports and dashboards for better performance and user experience.
- Document data models, report specifications, and other relevant information for reference and future development.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective use of Power BI solutions.
- Team player -- ability to work well with mangers and staff. Collaborative and compromising, able to foster a positive work environment.
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology or related field OR equivalent years of work experience.
- Proficient in Power BI, SQL, and data modeling. Knowledge of DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) is a plus.
- Previous experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field. Experience with Microsoft BI Stack is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze complex business problems and provide effective solutions using Power BI.
- US Citizen
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Ability to walk and stand in production floor operations for extended periods of time.
- Ability to periodically perform work in non-climate-controlled areas.
