We currently have an opportunity for a UAS Billing and Payroll Coordinator to support our UAS team in our New York City office.

The role of the UAS Billing and Payroll Coordinator is to generate weekly field payroll invoices and to assist with billing for all UAS RN assessors and UAS contracts.

Key Functions include:

• Complete billing for all UAS assessments.
• Complete payroll for UAS staff.
• Coordinates with UAS coordinators to ensure all per diem paperwork is submitted, reviewed, and corrected.
• Maintains payroll operations by following policies and procedures.
• Serves as a communication resource with UAS RN.
• Track RN productivity with the use of clinical automation.
• Communicate with contract regarding schedules, services, and maintain required reports.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent home health care experience of at least two years.
• One year experience in payroll production or accounting department.
• Ability to use computerized systems.
• Satisfactory verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
