Premier Home Health Care Services, Inc. is a leading established Home Health Care Agency.
We currently have an opportunity for a UAS Coordinator to support our UAS team in our New York City office.
Key Functions include:
- Schedules and coordinates Assessment visits with contract, UAS RN Assessors and the member
- Interact with agency contracts to report the name of agency field personnel who will be providing service to contract clients; as well as any replacement of field personnel.
- Assure that Assessment visits are completed as assigned and documentation is completed and submitted
- Serves as a communication resource with UAS RN Assessors
- Maintains required reports
Qualifications:
- College degree preferred or equivalent home health care experience of at least two years.
- Ability to use computerized systems.
- Satisfactory verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure
