Join us as a Structural Engineer. In this role, you will serve as a technical expert, providing support to our sales team and external customers in the Southeastern U.S. territory.

You will be responsible for developing presentations and technical content, test programs to support sales efforts, introduce new products and services, and enhance existing offerings. Some travel will be required for workshops, meetings, and conferences.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance to customers and both internal and external sales teams.
• Deliver presentations on IBC building code provisions and practical design using products. Assist with training on new products and technical literature.
• Collaborate with outside sales representatives, accompanying them on visits to build personal relationships with customers, providing technical support, giving presentations, conducting job site calls, researching and reporting on new products/applications, and observing product installations. This may involve travel within the Southeastern U.S. territory.
• Represent the company at professional associations and technical committee meetings.

Experience:

• A Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering is required.
• Registered Professional Civil(P.E.) or Structural Engineer(S.E.) is required.
• Strong experience with IBC building codes
• 3 years of related experience in structural consulting, including design with light-framed wood, steel, and concrete structures

The ideal candidate would be a Structural Engineer with PE, experienced with IBC building codes.
