Job Overview: As the Project Manager for Premier Granite and Stone, you will play a pivotal role as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty by delivering personalized service and attentive account management

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Maintain regular communication with key accounts to offer ongoing support throughout every stage of their countertop projects.
• Provide prompt and professional responses to inquiries from customers.
• Gather job details and essential information for internal processing, delivering timely and accurate estimates.
• Coordinate and troubleshoot project issues across various departments, ensuring swift resolution to guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Generate documentation and feedback to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Execute daily responsibilities with precision and attention to detail, managing projects efficiently.
• Maintains communication with accounts to provide ongoing support throughout each countertop project
• Provides timely and accurate estimates while acquiring job details and pertinent information for internal processing
• Responds to inquiries promptly and professionally

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: 3 years of experience in customer service or a related industry, with a solid understanding of maintaining and nurturing account relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and function effectively as part of a team.
• Proficient in managing customer priorities and communicating effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrates alignment with organizational values on a consistent basis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 4 per week
