Senior Editor

Overview

Premier Enterprise Solutions is seeking a Senior Editor with a minimum of 5 years of experience. Preferred experience supporting the Department of Defense or other federal entity.

This is a full- time position located in Washington, DC. Veterans are encouraged to apply.

Educational Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree

Clearance Requirements:

* Active TS with sensitive compartmented information (SCI) eligibility

Responsibilities:

• Review written OUSDI&S documents (memorandums, policies, issuances, and guidance to ensure well written, quality, error-free content and publications.

• Estimated quantity of publications to be edited is ten per day.

• Collaborate closely with leadership and action officer to help draft confirm accuracy and content of written documents prior to publication.

• Provide feedback and suggestions to authors, content creators, and action officers to improve publications/documents and future documents.

• Correct punctuation and grammar mistakes
