The Salesforce Admin is solely responsible for the buildout and automation of processes within
the Premier Claims CRM. This position is responsible for assisting with all Premier Claims’ CRM
maintenance and development, and miscellaneous reporting, data work, and integrations to
external platforms as needed. The Salesforce Admin demonstrates the Premier Claims core
values of humble, extra mile, all in, reliable, decisive and has strong interpersonal relationship
skills, including being able to discern implied needs and requirements in a process. The
Salesforce Admin is a self-starter who is resourceful in completing tasks and moving projects
forward independently. The Salesforce Admin reports to the Process Improvement Director.
Responsibilities and Core Functions
● Integrate into office culture and expectation:
o Be present and engaged in the weekly company-wide conference calls;
o Maintain professional attitude and demeanor both with internal personnel and
external communications.
● Maintain and Develop Salesforce:
o Troubleshoot issues, bugs, and errors within Salesforce flows, reports, and
general processes;
o Revise and update existing flows and processes as needed and requested, under
the direction and approval of the Process Improvement Director, that will require
the update and buildout of various screen flows, record trigger flows and
scheduled path flows, dashboards, reports, etc;
o Respond in a timely and professional manner to personnel requests for
Salesforce errors and issues;
o Be solely responsible for the buildout, documentation, testing, and final
preparation of automations, flows, and reports as related to new and evolving
processes within Salesforce;
o Creation and editing of various objects, page layouts, reports, dashboards, user
permissions, profiles, etc. as needed to ensure processes and projects work end
to end.
● Responsible for data clean up, management, and reporting as needed and requested.
● Work closely with all departments to make sure that their Salesforce needs are met.
● Assist with the implementation training and feedback gathering on projects and
processes.
● Attend and facilitate all Salesforce overview-based trainings as needed.
● Occasional early arrivals/late departures.
● Other duties may be requested or assigned at any time at the discretion of the IT
Director, or CFO.
Requirements
● Strong communication, customer service, troubleshooting, and organizational skills and
the ability to complete assigned work with minimal instruction and supervision
● 2 years experience working in positions that apply Salesforce Admin knowledge and
understanding
● Significant experience and comfort with Salesforce Flow Builder, specifically screen
flows and scheduled path record trigger flows
● Ability to repeatedly follow guided processes
● Skills with Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Calendar)
● Skills with Microsoft Office (Specifically Excel)
● Experience working with and organizing documentation relating to projects and your
work
● Ability to work in both Windows and Mac OS
● Problem solving skills
● Innovation and intellectual curiosity
● Salesforce certifications are a plus
● Experience working in Insurance or with the insurance claims process is a plus
