Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Legal Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in a legal office setting. Past experience at a law firm is preferred.

Duties:

- Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner

- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel

- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars

- Assist with clerical tasks such as typing and file upkeep.

- Provide administrative support to legal staff as needed.

- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and emails.

- Maintain office organization and cleanliness

Experience:

- Previous experience in customer service is a must

- Experience with administrative tasks in a legal office is preferred

- Proficiency in typing, filing, and using office equipment

- Strong customer support skills with the ability to handle inquiries effectively

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
