We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Assistant to assist in managing our client data and developing our travel products.The ideal candidate should be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, have excellent organizational skills, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Enter customer and account data from a variety of sources and maintain the accuracy and validity of the data entered
• Utilize the company's data systems to update and enter customer and account data
• Utilize the company's software to produce customer and account reports
• Verify data by comparing it to source documents
• Retrieve data from the system and provide customer support when needed
• Maintain a neat and orderly filing system
Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
• Creative and analytical thinker
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent computer skills, including MS Office and databases
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment
• Some understanding of customer service best practices
• Past experience in customer service or data entry would be beneficial
