Preferred Search Group is searching for an experienced Scheduling Coordinator/Receptionist for a top-rated practice in La Jolla, CA. We are a dental recruiting company that partners with well-established practices to find top talent! Pay for this position is $22-29/hour.

Working schedule: Monday - Thursday from 7:15 AM - 4:30 PM.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients and provide excellent customer service
  • Answer phones and guide patients through any questions they may have
  • Discuss Providers recommended treatment 
  • Work with Digital Patient Charts and check medical history
  • Coordinate and mange the dental hygiene schedule (single column)
  • Build a strong rapport with every patient, acting as the 'face' of the practice

Qualifications:

  • Previous dental front office experience (required)
  • High school diploma (required)
  • Ability to communicate effectively and have a team oriented attitude
