Now for the business end. Here's what you will need to begin:

• CNA License
• Valid Level 2 Background (fingerprinting)
• Auto Insurance
• Driver's License (must be able to drive client)
• Social Security or Permanent Residence Card
• PPD (within the past 6 months) stating you are "free from communicable disease"
• CPR Card (Not an Online Course)
• CEUs: HIV, Assisting with Self Administration of Medication, Alzheimer Training, Domestic Violence RN.org
• ADRD Training Video (Our office will provide you the information)
