Preferred Home Care of New York, a fully licensed Home Care Agency serving the NY Metropolitan area including Nassau, Suffolk and Westchester counties, is seeking a Field Integrity Specialist. The Field Integrity Specialist is responsible for ensuring that Field staff are providing quality patient care. The ideal candidate is responsible for the improvement plans report while assisting the compliance team with ensuring all operation are within relevant Federal, State, and Local guidelines, and maintaining the highest standards of home care services.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Investigative ability, highly organized, self-motivated, takes initiative, excellent written and verbal communication and analytical critical thinking skills; able to perform without much supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Great organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Able to work independently in the field.
