Job Details

We are seeking a Permanent Field Coordinator Surveyor for our Engineering industry who will be responsible for coordinating and managing field surveys and documentation for various projects. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in documenting, plumbing documentation, mechanical documentation, electrical documentation, fire protection documentation, measuring ceilings, and travel to the east coast and Canada. The candidate should be proficient in AutoCAD, BlueBeam, Adobe, and MS Office.
Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage field surveys and documentation for various projects
• Prepare and maintain plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and fire protection documentation
• Conduct site visits and measure ceilings to ensure accuracy of documentation
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure project deadlines are met
• Review and approve documentation submitted by surveyors and contractors
• Provide technical support to project teams and clients
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Travel to the east coast and Canada to perform site visits and coordinate with project teams

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years Associates Degree in Architectural Engineering or equivalent
• Proficient in AutoCAD, BlueBeam, Adobe, and MS Office
• Knowledge of building codes
• Valid US Passport
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Willingness to travel to the east coast and Canada for site visits and project coordination
