Wound Care Nurse Practitioner

Preferred Healthcare is searching for a Nurse Practitioner interested in providing mobile wound care services. Our organization focuses on traditional and advanced wound care including debridement and grafting on a mobile basis where we go to the patient's home or facility. We focus on home health and hospice partnerships. Onboarding and training for grafts and procedures are provided and clinical directors/physicians are available for questions and support. We are looking for someone who is passionate about patient care at the bedside, excited to work with a growing team and to learn, and is great at communication.

Requirements:

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner in the State of Georgia
• Willing to commute to facilities and private residences to perform wound care
• Able to effectively communicate with other referring and collaborating providers as well as to provide comprehensive documentation
• Familiarity with basic wound care practices.

Additional details:

• Full-time position
• Physical setting: senior living facility, hospice, patient's private residence
• Schedule: 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday
• Ability to commute/relocate: Atlanta, GA and surrounding suburbs - Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $125,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year
