Job Overview: We are currently hiring for someone to join our team in St. Louis, MO as a Clinical Coordinator. In this role you will play a crucial role in overseeing operations and team members in healthcare settings, coordinating programs and services ensuring quality patient care. You will also collaborate with healthcare professionals, manage team members, training, ensure regulatory compliance, and participate in quality improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee clinical supervision, design treatment protocols, and ensure proper implementation.

  • Responsible for training and supervising the implementation of skill-acquisition and behavior -reduction plans, with a focus on enhancing communication, social, and daily living skills while addressing challenging behaviors. This approach is implemented across various settings, including homes, clinics, and the community, to cater to the needs of the clientele.

  • Monitor treatment effectiveness through data-driven progress monitoring.

  • Perform behavioral assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments, and develop Behavior Support Plans based on evidence-based practices.

  • Maintain up-to-date graphs, summarize and calculate data using technological programs.

  • Complete behavioral assessments, resulting in written assessments and behavior support plans.

  • Analyze behavioral situations objectively and respond ethically to problematic behaviors.

  • Deliver individual and group therapy. Maintain a full-time caseload and meet production requirements outlined by the supervisor.

  • Collect, record, and summarize data based on observable client behavior.

  • Conduct stakeholder trainings, emphasizing competency-based approaches.

  • Write progress notes, program updates, create session materials, and maintain program books.

  • Co-lead treatment team and program staffing meetings.

  • Participate in intake and annual clinical evaluation processes, including diagnosing, documenting psychosocial histories, key clinical findings, and recommendations

  • Contribute to the development of initial and annual treatment plans.

  • Participate in direct crisis intervention during regular and on-call hours.

  • Review and certify travel vouchers for reasonable and medically necessary activities

Educational requirements:

  • Graduate degree from an accredited program in a behavioral health-related field,

  • qualifying for Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential and/or and Missouri

  • Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) licensure.

  • Experience working with developmental disability/mental health populations and

  • training in Applied Behavioral Analysis techniques is preferred.

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), including

  • directing ABA programs and interventions, is required.

  • Experience in working with young children and their families is preferred.

  • A masters degree in Human Services or a related field, along with at least two years

  • of post-master’s experience in a behavioral health setting, is preferred.

FQHC requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing for Licensed Practical Nurses.

  • Licensed as an LPN by the State Board of Nursing in the state of operation.

  • BCLS certification required, ACLS certification preferred.

  • Current unrestricted licensure by the State Board of Nursing on the state of operation.

  • Two years of experience as an LPN in a medical office setting highly desired.

  • Supervisory experience preferred.

  • Schedule management experience is preferred.
