Job Summary:
Preferred Auto Dealerships is seeking a skilled and experienced Ford Certified Technician to join our team at our Grand Haven, Michigan location. This is a full-time position in the auto industry, with a competitive salary of $75,400 to $166,400 per year. As a Ford Certified Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Ford vehicles to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on Ford vehicles
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems on Ford vehicles
- Utilize diagnostic equipment and software to identify and resolve issues
- Efficiently and accurately complete repair orders and timecards
- Communicate with service advisors and customers regarding vehicle repairs and status
- Keep up-to-date with Ford technologies and service procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
- Ford Certified Technician with at least 3 years of experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Own tools and equipment
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Must pass a background check and drug test
