Job Summary:

The Demand Generation Specialist will assist our marketing team in the management of B2B digital marketing campaigns from inception through post-campaign analysis and summary reporting. Also aid in the enhancement of company marketability and profitability through researching, identifying, and capitalizing upon various marketing opportunities. The Demand Generation Associate position will work alongside the sales & marketing teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive qualified leads that result in revenue.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Conducting market research and analyzing potential new business opportunities

2. Identifying target individuals and roles which each campaign will target.

3. Develop copy that will appeal to specific roles within each target sector.

4. Assist in tracking, analysis and reporting on lead generation and overall MKPI’s.

5. Organize and analyze reporting to measure strategy effectiveness.

6. Assist in development and execution of multi-channel demand generation campaigns, including email marketing, social media, paid advertising, and event marketing.

7. Produce high-quality marketing content that speaks to prospects’ pain points and highlights the benefits of our product offerings.

8. Design platform configuration and data feeds to run effective automated email campaigns using SF Marketing Cloud

9. Ability to create workflow/process flow diagrams for new and existing processes SF Marketing Cloud

10. Manage and maintain pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales in next steps.

11. Track and manage incoming RFQ and sales requests.

12. Various other duties as directed by Supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Four-year degree or relevant work experience
• Experience with Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or equivalent CRM and Marketing software)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging marketing content.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decision making and strategy development.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce Admin Certification
• Marketing Cloud Certification

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
