Precision Tune Auto Care Service Writer:

- Provide detailed explanations of recommended services and associated costs
- Schedule appointments and coordinate service timelines
- Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with completed services
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and warranty claims in a professional manner

Experience:
- Previous experience in auto service management or automotive service writing is preferred
- Knowledge of basic auto repair procedures and terminology
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical individuals
- Proficient computer skills for data entry and record keeping
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Skills:
- Auto Estimating: Ability to accurately build cost and labor estimates w/associated services
- Mechanic: Basic knowledge of automotive mechanics and repair techniques
- Customer Service: Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
- Service Writing: Ability to accurately document vehicle issues, recommend services, and communicate with technicians
