Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies, negotiating and enforcing leases, and maintaining and securing premises.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of assigned properties
- Advertise and fill vacancies through various marketing channels
- Negotiate lease agreements and enforce terms of rental agreements
- Conduct property inspections and arrange for necessary maintenance or repairs
- Maintain accurate records of property-related finances, including rent collection and expenses
- Address tenant concerns and resolve issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding housing

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to others.
• Basic level knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively and sensitively communicate with all levels of management.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency.
• Ability to relay technical concerns with adequate detail, quickly and accurately.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license, clean driving record and current auto insurance is required.
• Required to complete and successfully pass Fair Housing, Diversity and Inclusion Training within the first 30 days of employment.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
