AE2100D3 Field Service Representative
Al Mubarak Base in Kuwait
As an AE 2100D3 Field Service Representativesupporting the Kuwait Air Force propulsion system you will providesupport to the Customer by establishing and maintaining a closeliaison with relevant sections of the Customers organizationRollsRoyce Customer Support Engineering and Program Management.
This position is an FMS contract under the USMC and will be basedon the Al Mubarak Base in Kuwait. All international assignments arefor a minimum of 3 years unless otherwise directed by thebusiness.

Key Accountabilities :
Manage andmaintain close liaison with all relevant sections of the Customerorganization and RollsRoyce Customer Support Engineering andProgram Management.
Establish and maintainworking relationship with all AE 2100Field Service Representativesand Deployed Operations Managers (DOMs) on all supported Defenseprograms.
Similarly establish and maintain working relationshipswith Customer Training Manager and Instructors.
Provide technicalassistance in the form of written phone calls electronically orcustomer visits relating to aircraft engine operations maintenancerepairs troubleshooting and logistic support.
Utilize and supportRollsRoyce and customers databases and diagnostic software programson generated technical queries.
Travel may require up to25% of the time to include deployments with the Customer ifrequested and deemed safe by RollsRoyce Senior Leadership
BasicRequirements :
Aminimum of 5 Years of experience Maintaining Operating Testing orEquivalent Aircraft Gas Turbine Engine experience
Familiarity with theapplicable regulations of relevant airworthiness authorities

PreferredRequirements :
ACurrent FAA Mechanic Certificate with a Powerplant rating orinternational equivalent
