Make outbound calls to follow upon customer inquiries resolve issues or provide additionalinformation as needed.
Provide accurate andtimely information to customers regarding products services andpromotions.
Document all interactions withcustomers accurately and thoroughly in the designated CRM system.
Assist in membership sales inquiries throughany channel (website social media phone etc.)
Book all member appointments for the preferred club in thedesignated CRM system.
Manage membershiprenewals and offer upgrade and upsell options to customers.
Regularly do member service calls to ensureservice quality and ensure resolution of queries within theirscope.
Collaborate with other team members anddepartments to resolve complex customer issues and escalateunresolved matters to the appropriate level of management.
Meet or exceed individual and team performancetargets including membership sales and renewals call qualityproductivity and customer satisfaction metrics.
Continuously strive to improve knowledge ofproducts services and procedures through ongoing training anddevelopment initiatives.
Adhere to companypolicies procedures and compliance requirements at all times.
