Responsibilities

- Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty

- Cold calling potential customers at high volumes on a weekly basis
- Identify and target new business opportunities within the assigned market
- Follow up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide technical expertise and support to clients
- Set and meet sales goals and objectives set by leadership

- Improve sales skills to increase sales success rates
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote company products and services

Skills

- Proven track record of success in sales or business development, preferably in a manufacturing related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and build relationships
- Ability to understand complex technical concepts and articulate them in a clear and concise manner
- Skills in persuasion and influencing to assist other sales members in closing sales
- Self-motivated and driven individual who can work independently as well as part of a team
- Work within a teamwork environment. Interacting with marketing, shop, and sales members

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
