With our groundbreaking, two-part patented technology, we're redefining standards in both the mold remediation and building sterilization industries, poised for exponential growth, with projections indicating a staggering 100-fold increase over the next decade.

We're seeking dynamic and driven individuals to join our Sales Family in order to drive revenue growth and foster lasting relationships with clients and partners across multiple locations in CT.

This role offers not only the chance to excel in sales, but also abundant opportunities for advancement as we expand our operations.

Responsibilities :

  • Conduct comprehensive in-person assessments and presentations, tailoring our solutions to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales prospects through strategic business development initiatives.
  • Leverage pre-qualified leads to capitalize on sales opportunities and drive company revenue.
  • Actively participate in industry events and trade shows to forge and nurture customer connections.
  • Evaluate sales performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and stay abreast of regional competition
  • Participate in door to door marketing and business development.

Compensation and Training :

  • $3,000 per month base salary, 10% uncapped commission, performance based bonuses

  • Engage in ongoing weekly sales training sessions and meetings focused on performance optimization and growth strategies.

  • Showcase personal demeanor and ability to connect with clients on a personal level to create a positive and memorable sales experience.
