We are currently seeking a Financial Management Analyst, Journeyman to support PMA-261 at the Patuxent River, MD Program Office.The candidate will be a member of the Air Vehicle IPT.

Functional Description: Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules.Performs management, technical, or business case analyses.Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.Tracks program/project status and schedules.Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.

Duties and Responsibilities: Duties may include, but are not limited to:

• A self-starter who can assist with running budget and financial reports from the NAVAIR Common Spend Plan Tool (CSPT).
• Proficiency with Program Management Tool (PMT) and Acquisition Document support (Statements of Work (SOWs), Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), and Procurement Initiation Documents (PIDs)). Keep AMS suite up to date on all acquisition data.
• Research, gather, and analyze data to include trend analysis
• Assist with NAWC funding plans
• Support the development of budgets and schedules
• Assist in building acquisition products
• Develop and submit PID package to include PFAs
• Facilitate data gathering to support data calls
• Maintain and coordinate in support of the IPT
• High level of experience with scheduling and coordinating meetings.
• Prepare and present reports/briefs
• Distribute briefs and files for all meetings
• Ability to adapt and prioritize in a dynamic environment
• Coordinate/update briefs and documents
• Collect various talking points from team for submission
• Other duties as assigned: PMR planning, CR scheduling, assistance with the organization and planning of IPT events, tracking travel funds as available and assisting with travel for Air Vehicle IPT members, etc.
• Experience handling sensitive information.
• Strategic Planning
• Meeting Minutes/Action Items
• Whiteboard sessions (strategies, plans)
• Execute planning session ideas.

*High level of proficiency in Microsoft Programs to include Outlook, Teams, Word, EXCEL, and PowerPoint.

*Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

Required Experience:Journeyman - 3 to 10 years of combined experience performing duties described in the functional description.

Desired Experience: Journeyman - At least 2 years of experience supporting NAVAIR programs.

Required Education: Journeyman - BA/BS degree.

Allowable Substitutions: The following substitutions are permitted for this task order:

*Associate's Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree.

OR

*Four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
