RMC is hiring a IT Service Desk Specialist in Crane, IN. The selected applicant will be responsible for{{:}}
- Effective use of Help Desk tracking and ticketing system(s)
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Maintaining professional relationship with all customers and clients in a very busy call center environment
- Providing technical support by responding to and resolving end-user problems
- Installation and configuration of new workstations, peripheral equipment, and software
- Documenting internal procedures
- Assisting with onboarding of new users
- Two (2) years of Systems Administration and/or IT Help Desk Experience
- DoD 8570 IAT Level 2 Certification (Security CE) is required.
- The selected applicant must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team in researching data and developing analytical techniques and methodologies
- Security Clearance{{:}} An active DoD security clearance is required to start. Applicant selected may be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
